Si bien los gráficos y los controles de Slenderman Must Die: Survivors parecen ser simples, la tarea del juego es una historia diferente, aunque aún es simple de entender, es difícil de ejecutar, en breve, debes intentar sobrevivir el mayor tiempo posible. Estás en un área abandonada ocupada por oleadas de extrañas criaturas. Si bien puedes encontrar un número casi ilimitado de oponentes, tu munición y armas son un poco más modestas. Entonces, además de matar criaturas, no olvides buscar y recolectar munición.
