Foot Surgery

Doctor, this is the last patient, should I invite her in? Yes, for sure, lets see what are her issues. Oh crap, this bruise is way to deep. It seems that we will have to perform a foot surgery. Clean up injured area, and sew it up as best as you can. Give it few days and she should be able to walk again. After one week of medical treatment, you should be able to create a nice manicure for her. So let creativity be your the only limit! Have fun.
